Here are a few ways to incorporate MMS into your messaging strategy:

• Include a picture of you and your team in your intro message.
• Ask students to send a picture of their acceptance letters or financial aid award letters.
• Send a celebratory GIF after a student completes an important task.

Tips and Tricks

Use these tips when working with MMS:

• If a message is extremely long, consider sending an infographic instead.
• In your Modern Campus Message inbox, right-click an image to open it in a new tab and view it full size.
• You can also right-click the image to save it to your computer.
• The MMS file size limit is 500 KB.

Using Emojis

You can use emojis in programmed messages, one-to-one messages, and quick messages.

Emojis do not require special programming. To add an emoji, copy and paste the emoji into the message field.
