Keep messages brief

SPARINGLY. 

Sentence case and

are safer to send.

numbers too often.

number, but make it a 
once in a while thing.

Avoid repetitive sign-offs. 

Ending every text with 
your name will make your 
messages stand out - in 
the wrong way.

Text like like a human!

conversational tone.
