Step 2: Configuring notifications

Now that they're enabled, you'll need to configure which messages you want to be notified on:

  1. First, you'll want to select the program that you want to notifications for.
  2. Second, you'll need to select a notification type.
    1. All incoming messages: be notified on any incoming message, regardless of record owner.
    2. Only my messages: be notified only that you are the record owner for.
  3. Now click Add. The notification will show in the list below.

Wait, you're not done. By default you will receive notifications for all groups/caseloads you have access to. To further narrow it down, click the pencil icon in the Groups column and pick the groups you want to be notified on. This is especially useful when you have access to caseloads beyond your own.
