Display Group Lists for Contacts in the Inbox

Show Group Information in the Inbox

You can improve inbox visibility by displaying group information for each contact directly in your inbox. When enabled, Message shows the first group associated with a contact next to their program name, making it easier to identify and organize conversations at a glance. 

Enable Group Display in Conversations

1. Select the Programs tab at the top of your portal.
2. Select a program at the left.

3. Select the Settings subheading.

   

4. Check the box labeled Show the first group list entry when viewing conversations. 

   

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

    

View Group Information in the Inbox

Return to your messages. You will now see each contact’s program name followed by their group in parentheses.

Important Note

This setting displays only the first group associated with a contact. If a contact belongs to multiple groups, only the first group in their group list appears in the inbox.
