Edit a Contact’s Phone Number
You can edit a contact’s phone number directly from their contact profile.
Step 1: Open the Contact Profile
The contact profile is accessible by clicking the contact’s name anywhere in Message.
Step 2: Update the Phone Number
In the Details section of the contact profile, locate the Phone Number field.
Enter the new phone number.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Important Note
If a contact belongs to more than one program, updating the phone number will apply the change across all programs.
