Data can be an invaluable resource when analyzing trends and making decisions. Below you will find a compiled list of data sources you can find in the Message platform.

Export Message History

View message statistics exported as spreadsheet. This report will provide data on Program messages received, manual messages received, total inbound messages received, total outbound messages, and more.

Contact Data File

Export the most current data file for your program's contacts. This will included personal information including phone number, program ID, first name, and last name. In addition, it will include all custom fields unique to your organization.

Analytics Dashboard: Landing Page

Find real time stats on contact opt ins, engagement rates, program message response rates,  counselor usage statistics, and more.

Analytics Dashboard: Contact Engagement Report

Contact engagement statistics are provided on a program-wide basis on your analytics dashboard. Click view statistics to view and export individual contact engagement data.

Analytics Dashboard: Message Statistics

Message statistics will provide you with data on your program message utilization and responses. Quick statistics on response to program messages, manual nudges and replies, messages sent, and messages received are located on your analytics dashboard.

Analytics Dashboard: Counselor Statistics Report

You will see the program's total number of users with counselor permissions, and the average number of contacts per counselor. Below, you will see the names of the counselors with the highest number of outbound messages, the highest response rate,  the most contacts, and the fewest contacts.
