I don't see the tag option in my new message box. How can I turn this function on?

In order to see the "tag" to use data (like first_name) in your message, make sure you have the program selected!

Can students see that they are in a specific group from their view on the Modern Campus app?

No, students will only receive a text message to their phone when you are messaging them. It will look like any other message and will not say they are in a specific group. Students do not use the modern campus app, it's only for administrators and counselors!

Can anyone import a list or do they have to be set up as a Program Admin? Can multiple users upload separate files?

Account Admins and Program Admins can upload files. They could upload multiple files, but any new information will overwrite old information in the system.

My Desktop Notifications is checked, however I don't receive the notifications?

Will students who haven't opted in to Modern Campus messaging still be able to receive the message if you manually add single contact?

Yes. However, it is advisable to have some language in the initial message to offer the option to opt out. You can set up with support!

We don't have an admin listed for our institution, how can we get a list added please?

Where can you find where all your scheduled messages are located? Just in case you decide to cancel the message from sending.

You can click the Calendar in the top right corner to see messages. You will want to make sure you have the correct program selected on the left side of the screen.

Can recipients reply back to the whole group? (is there a feature to allow this)?

Great question! No, it will not reply back to the entire group. Currently, there is no feature for a group chat.

My campus uses SSO. Does the mobile app work with SSO connections?

Hello! Yes, we can set up SSO. This will remove the password/username requirement.

I have been trying to send a message to a group this morning and the system doesn't separate by language
