Messaging in the Mobile App: Quick Guide

The mobile app makes it easy to stay connected and manage conversations while you’re on the go. While the desktop version includes full functionality like Programs and Analytics, the app focuses on messaging, organization, and quick communication.

What You Can Do in the Mobile App

  1. Send and receive messages

  • Access your inbox to view all conversations in one place
  • Tap into any contact to start or continue a conversation
  • Messaging feels similar to a standard texting app
  1. Personalize your messages

  • Use customization tags (like first name)
  • Add emojis, images, and links
  • Take and send photos directly from your device
  • Follow best practices for links (avoid link shorteners)
  1. Send group messages

  • Tap the purple plus (+) button from the Messages tab
  • Select your program before composing your message
  • Choose one or more groups or contacts
  • Send immediately or schedule for a later date and time

Organize Your Inbox

  1. Filter conversations

  • View only “Action Needed,” flagged, or unflagged messages
  • Reduce clutter and focus on priority conversations
  1. Manage conversations

  • Move messages to “No Action Needed”
  • Flag or unflag conversations for follow-up
  • Swipe right or left for quick actions
  1. Star programs

  • Favorite frequently used programs for quick access
  • Starred programs appear at the top of your list

Key Differences from Desktop

  • Programs and Analytics are not available in the mobile app
  • The app is designed for quick messaging and conversation management
  • Use desktop for full reporting and program-level work

Use the mobile app when you need speed and flexibility, and switch to desktop when you need deeper insights or program management.
