Android users getting Connection Error when opening the mobile app

So, you're an Android user and you're getting this error when you open the mobile app:

Connection Error
Application cannot connect to server.

When this occurs, it's usually an indication that something went wrong on your phone. It's an easy fix, however, simply follow these instructions.

1. Go to Settings - Storage
   
2. Scroll down and click on Advanced and then Internal Storage
   
3. Scroll down and click on Other Apps
   
4. Locate and click on the Message app
   
5. Click the Clear Data and Clear Cache buttons

Once this done, you should be able to re-open the Message app without the error. If this doesn't work, please reach out to support.
