If you have worked with the Message support team to delete records that are no longer visible in the Message web application, you will need to reindex the program so that the records are also removed from the program within Message for Salesforce.
Rebuild Your Index
1. Navigate to the settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom of your page to "Rebuild Index."
3. Press "Select an Option" next to "Rebuild Index" and select your program.
4. Press "Rebuild," and select "Yes" to confirm the action.
