Can you see how many text messages were sent in a bulk message? Is a way to see the group txt as sent?

You will not be able to see the group once the message is sent. You can see the message content in each contact's message history.

If you send a link in a message is it clickable or will the recipient have to copy and paste it into a browser?

Yes! Links will be clickable on the contact's mobile device.

Can you do manual updates if you are integrated with Salesforce for contact update?

You can do manual updates if you use Salesforce. Keep in mind that if/when you push contacts from Salesforce to Message, the Salesforce data will override any data in Message.

Can you import emojis?

You are not able to import emojis, but you should be able to copy and paste them from your browser.

How do you delete a message thread? If there is no contact with the student, how do I delete them?

Head to the programs tab --> Settings. Type your new program name and hit save.

How do you add those filters to the contact info?

Head to the programs tab --> manage fields. Select the pencil icon next to the field you want restrict and select "Read-Only."

If a parent replies stop, does it automatically opt them out?

Yes

Does the program calendar only show scheduled messages? or is there another use for it?

The purpose of the program calendar is to show messages scheduled for 2 or more contacts.

Can we opt from getting reply for the txt we sent?

Text replies will always be sent to the inbox. Messages with automated replies are sent to "No Action Needed" and messages that need responses will be sent to "Active Conversations."
